Terms and Conditions.
Please read the following terms and conditions of subscribing to
the Tayads.com RSS Feed System. You are deemed to have read and agree with the
following when you make an application for Tayads.com to build, manage and host a RSS Feed
for your web site.
Duration.
A subscription to the RSS Feed System shall be for an initial period of 12
months. After the initial period clients can cancel the contract by giving 30
days notice in writing. Early termination of this period can be achieved through mutual
agreement. Non payment of monthly invoices shall lead to the contract being
terminated with the client being liable for the total of the outstanding period.
Failure by Tayads.com to maintain, host and manage a RSS Feed, with the
exception where a third party service is at fault, will allow the client to
cancel the remaining period of the contract.
Payment.
Payment for the system is due prior to a RSS Feed being built, hosted and
managed. This payment is a one-off fee of £128 GBP. This payment includes the
management fee of £28 GBP for the first month. Payment can be made by various means
as detailed on the payment page.
E-invoices will be sent 7 days before the due date and
must be paid on time. Late payment or non payment will lead to your RSS Feed
being suspended with immediate effect. The monthly charge for management,
hosting and maintenance of the RSS Feed is £28 GBP.
Businesses outside the UK can pay their account online or by international bank
transfer in their own currency.
Security.
Tayads.com will provide each client with a 4 digit PIN number. This PIN number
is required by the client to prove ID when supplying updated information. The
client will be given a URL which hosts a dedicated form where the client
supplies information of updated web pages or promotions. It is the clients
responsibility to ensure the PIN number is protected from misuse. If you suspect
your PIN has been compromised you must notify Tayads.com immediately.
Information.
The client is required to provide to Tayads.com by means of a dedicated
Tayads.com form information that has been changed on the clients own web site.
Clients are also encouraged to promote sections of their web site by using the
RSS Feed. Clients can provide details of changes or promotions on a daily basis
or whenever your site information changes.
Promotion.
Tayads.com undertake to promote all RSS Feeds to suitable directories, search
engines and other web sites. No guarantees can be made regarding the extent of
exposure as this is ultimately controlled by third parties. Clients own RSS
Feeds will be listed within suitable areas of the Tayads.com network as part of
the promotion without the client incurring the normal advertising fees.
Update Times.
All RSS Feeds will be updated between the hours of 9am - 5pm GMT, Monday -
Friday. All RSS files are updated manually to ensure accuracy and acceptable
content.
These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights
and the jurisdiction of Scots Law will prevail in the event of any legal
dispute.
